Cancelation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows me to put someone on my waiting list on the schedule or adjust the schedule to fill gaps.  If canceled after 24 hours you will be charged a 40% cancelation fee.
