Cancelation Policy

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows me to put someone on my waiting list on the schedule or adjust the schedule to fill gaps.  If canceled after 24 hours you will be charged for the service.

Deposits

There is a non-refundable $50 deposit for some services.  It will be applied towards the service unless canceled or no-showed.  This is applied to the services that require more time. 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a service. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to myself and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

That being said, not everything always goes as planned and some appointments may run late, if this happens I will not shorten the next clients session.  Remaining services for that day will be notified and rearranged if possible.  If need be appointments may be rescheduled and accommodated appropriately.
